Happy 14th Birthday R.J.!

I cannot believe my little man is....14 years old. Time just is escaping me and I feel so overwhelmed knowing that soon enough he will be in my place. R.J. is growing into such a remarkable young man, a boy who still loves to have me kiss him and hold him like I used to when he was a baby. R.J. is so loving and sweet to me and his family, anyone who knows him, knows he is very caring and likes everyone and tries to make them smile. Thanks R.J. for being who you are, for your gentle hugs and your sweet kisses, for always taking care of your family, for your strong testimony and great example to everyone around you. I am extremely proud of who you are becoming...I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, As long as I'm living, My baby you'll be! xoxoxo

This was his Birthday Breakfast...

I made him a shirt for his friends to sign at school....he was excited about it!
I took him out of school for a little bit and we went to Paradise Bakery..(my kids have great taste!!) and then for a haircut..yeah!!
I got him balloons to go back to school with....he was on cloud 9! Loving the school spirit, notice his socks...heehee! He cracks me up!

Happy Birthday R.J. Hope it was a good one. You are such a great mom. My mom never got us out of school for nothing. That would have been so much fun!

I seriously think RJ is awesome! I don't know any boy his age who acts so kind and sweet! My sister Gab just had her 14th b-day too on the 9th, she says RJ is a nice guy which is hard to do in the midst of junior high retardedness! Too funny!

My oldest will be 14 in May and I don't want to think about it (BOO Hoo)!! I also do not know where the time went!! My son is also really sweet. He loves to lay with me and always wants me to rub or itch his back as he falls asleep!!!
I was so NOT like him at his age.
We are so blessed.

Okay, enough weeping......
It sounds like your son had a great day. Are you having a party or get together for him??

Thanks for the info about the chocolate for the Edible Crayons. If you read my blog I have been having computer problems but I am now up and running.

The chocolate I bought was Wilton which should have worked. I will go to Trader Joes next time. I might still try to make them for the teachers that I work with.
