R.J.'s Football team came in 2nd place at Championships..

R.J.'s football team "the Dawgs" went to Championships again for thier 4th year. They came in 2nd to the same team they lost to last year by one touchdown. This year it was quite a few but his team did thier best!! R.J. is lucky to have such a great dad to coach him again (6 years!) Now he will be playing high school football next year and Ray will coach Colton's team. Ray actually coached Colton's this year too...but geesh that was so chaotic...I am secretly relieved Football season is over... It was an emotional day for him though and such great memories....R.J. you did such a great job and you are such a great athlete..! Love YOU!!

UPDATE..on my Fabulous Pantry..(YES I am bragging..!!)

So the pantry has finished walls and now the boys are working on the shelves, then those will need to be painted, baseboards need to be added and also a vent and of course my craft table and shelves too...but I really can't wait until all my food is up off the floor and organized on my shelves!! Can't wait to break out the labels and add buckets and baskets....

I love the shutters and natural light in here....I am so glad we kept those in...its sooo pretty!!

Family Night at the Cannery..!

I called in last month to make an appt for the cannery......it has changed since the LAST time I was there, which was a long time ago! You can't just show up and can whatever you want, now they have you make appts. and only to can what they have scheduled for that month...The Johnstons came with us since they are family and they were all jokin about not havin the "mormon" badge...lol! It was sooo funny not to mention the big silver canister lookin things as we pulled up..I was sayin yeah we gotta take a "secret" passage down under ground and show them our badge...heehee!! We were laughin like crazy!!
The kids had such a good time we are planning on coming once a month for a while ...that'll be fun!!

Kellee and I didn't read the instructions about not wearing jewelry, she ended up losing one of her earrings...and so we were jokin about that too..! Luckily my earring broke at dinner afterwards..lol! Ray ended up seeing a longtime friend from high school and of course he said..."You Mormon??!!!??!! He gets that alot....he was a crazy kid back then...WAY back then..!
